VISITING OUR STORE

The importance of in in-store visit

We would always encourage visiting our store in person to fully appreciate the range and quality on offer, and to take advantage of the many years of expertise we have across the team.

The sizing on western boots in particular can vary widly from one brand or style to another & your perfect western boot size can be very different to your "normal" footwear! If visiting for boots we would always recommend leaving at least 1 hour for your visit.

Accessibility

Our shop is known to reach capacity at peak times, and as such our front door is kept locked to help us manage numbers in store. At peak times there may at times be a short wait outside, which helps us to ensure each customer is receiving the best possible experience with us.

Unfortunately due to the layout of our store, for health & safety reasons it is difficult for us to accommodate buggies/prams, wheelchairs or other mobility aids. It is particularly difficult for us to accommodate any of these at any time on a Saturday when the store is often at its busiest. If you are unsure about access please contact our store before visiting & we will do our best to accommodate you.

As much as we love animals, we are not able to allow dogs/animals into store at any time.

There are a number of great independent places to get a coffee or something to eat in Camp Road, but please visit them before or after us as we cannot allow food or drink into the store.

Getting to us by Car

We are only a short distance from the A331 which leads to the M3 and A3 so can be easily reached from most locations.

When visiting you can park in Camp Road itself, but please remember this road is Pay & Display. There is a very strictly-enforced 1 hour time limit on the road.

Alternatively you can park in either the Peabody Road (behind the shops opposite) or Napier Gardens (across Lynchford Road at the end of Camp Road) public car parks. Details of these car parks can be found here:

Getting to us by Train

We are lucky enough to be close to a number of train stations for a quick taxi/bus/walk to the store.

Farnborough Main (1.8 miles / 35 minute walk), North Camp (1.3 miles / 20 minute walk) or Ash Vale (1.6 miles / 30 minute walk) all serve different routes & have regular services throughout the day.

Getting to us by Bus

We are best served by the no.1 stagecoach bus. From the Netley Street stop on Alexandra Road it's a few minutes walk via Queens Road to Camp Road to get to the store.
