This site is owned and operated by Wild Wild Western Wear (referred to as 'Wild Wild Western Wear', 'us' or 'we'). The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
By using or accessing this website, and/or placing any order(s), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. Orders placed on this website form a contract with Wild Wild Western Wear.
Consumer (you) is, the person, company, or legal entity buying the goods directly from our website and to whom the goods are to be invoiced and delivered to. 'Goods' are the items described on our invoice.
It is not permitted to copy, modify, redistribute or re-post anything on this website without the permission of Wild Wild Western Wear.
Wild Wild Western Wear, make every effort to ensure the contents of this website, including pictures, prices and product details are clear and accurate at the time of publishing. All dimensions are only approximate and whilst every effort is made to match all website imagery to actual colours and finishes, all goods are supplied on the understanding that there may be slight dye or shade variations.
We do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions contained within this website.
Exclusions of Liability
We make every effort to make sure that this website is free from viruses or defects and cannot be held liable to any damage to computer systems as a result of using this website.
We set up links to other websites we think might be useful. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Wild Wild Western Wear cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Website, and click on the goods you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details which we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please ensure the postal information you provide us is exact, as any slight discrepancy may result in delay to your delivery.
All items are subject to availability. Whilst we make every effort to keep our website content up to date, there are occasions when goods do go out of stock. We will, as soon as is possible, advise you of the situation and where we can suggest an alternative item.
Prices are as quoted on this website at the time you place your order. All orders placed from within the UK include VAT at the standard rate. Wild Wild Western Wear reserves the right to amend prices at anytime and without prior notification.
Cancellation of orders
Cancellation of orders - please note we reserve the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee (subject to a £5 minimum charge) for cancelled orders, to cover unrecoverable merchant fees.
Shipping And Handling
Orders over £30 are shipped free of charge, via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and signed for.
Orders under £30 are charged at £3 and sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked and signed for.
We also offer a faster shipping services
Either Royal Mail 24 Hour tracked and signed for, from £6.00. or Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed next working day before 1pm from £7.50
Overseas orders are shipped via various couriers depending on your country - don't worry we will select this on your behalf when shipping your order.
Overseas Shipping will automatically calculate at checkout.
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days.
Orders placed after 11am may not be shipped until the next working day.
Please note although our physical shop is only open Wednesday to Saturday we are still working hard outside of these hours processing and shipping your orders.
All orders shipped within the UK are sent via Royal Mail tracked and should be delivered the next working day. For all overseas orders including The Republic or Ireland please allow up to 5 working days.
Items Returned Due to Non Delivery
If your order is returned to us via Royal Mail as a result of an incorrect address given on your order or a refusal at the delivery address or failure to arrange a collection or re-delivery after an acknowledgement card, text or email from Royal Mail you the customer will be liable for the costs incurred from Royal Mail for the return of the order and any subsequent charges for the order to be re-sent.
If for any reason your item is not in stock we will contact you directly with the options available.
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added and included in the price for all applicable items. Overseas customers are liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements, as determined by your country's rules and regulations.
Credit Card Security
We use Shopify Payment System alongside PayPal, which fully meets the compliance standard required by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to protect your card data.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and payments via PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged for until they are shipped unless its a preplaced special order. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We are able to make appointments outside of our shop opening times we require 2 weeks notice. If you are interested in an appointment please email firstname.lastname@example.org we require a non-returnable deposit of £20 per person at the time of booking confirmation which is redeemable against the purchase of any items bought within the appointment time.
Online Order Returns Policy
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase, but should it be necessary to return goods, we ask for you to inform us via email. You must obtain written authorisation from Wild Wild Western Wear prior to returning goods. You must notify us within 14 days of your intention to return/exchange with another 14 days to return the item(s).
Cancellation of orders - please note we reserve the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee (subject to a £2 minimum charge) for cancelled orders, to cover unrecoverable merchant fees.
You, the customer is liable for the cost of postage to return the goods to us. Wild Wild Western Wear will not be responsible for any loss or damage whilst in transit.
If you are returning via any other courier than Royal Mail (this includes Parcel Force through the post office) please ensure they are returned on a guaranteed service for when our shop is open during the times below and we have the tracking information.
All goods returned to us must be accompanied by the invoice and a short note instructing us of your wishes i.e., a refund or an exchange for…. Refunds and exchanges (if requested) will be processed once your goods are received into our shop.
Any items you wish to return must be returned at the same time. We will assume any items you keep are suitable and therefore cannot be returned at a later date.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery directly to email@example.com and include photos of the damage.
Please note that it may take several days for any refund to show in your account. You will be refunded using the same method you used to purchase the goods.
All returns maybe subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of Wild Wild Western Wear. Returns made outside of our returns policy may be rejected.
You will also be charged an administration/re-stocking fee if we have not received prior notification in writing of your intention to return any items.
All goods must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. They must still have all their original tags/labels on them and hats (if applicable) still have their protective plastic liner on the inner hat band and returned with the corrugated card placed around the outside of the crown.
Footwear must only have been tried on a carpeted surface and if there are any signs of wear or creasing to the uppers or marks to the soles the return may be rejected.
Please do not stick tape or labels to the product box itself as this would constitute the goods not being returned in the original condition and your return may be rejected.
Christmas Returns starts from 20th November
We will accept returns up until 14th January or 28 days after delivery whichever is later. Please let us know in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to return/exchange by 6th January.
In Store Returns Policy
If you need to return items purchased in store you have 14 days to return them. All goods must be unused and in the same condition in which they were purchased. They must still have all their original tags/labels on them and hats (if applicable) still have their protective plastic liner on the inner hat band. It May be possible to return after this date, if at point of sale an agreement was made and added to the sale as this time. If items are returned after the date we still may accept an exchange or a refund but an admin/stocking may apply.
