Our shop is known to reach capacity at peak times, and as
such our front door is kept locked to help us manage numbers in store. At peak
times there may at times be a short wait outside, which helps us to ensure each
customer is receiving the best possible experience with us.

Unfortunately due to the layout of our store, for health
& safety reasons it is difficult for us to accommodate buggies/prams,
wheelchairs or other mobility aids. It is particularly difficult for us to
accommodate any of these at any time on a Saturday when the store is often at
its busiest. If you are unsure about access please contact our store
before visiting & we will do our best to accommodate you.

As much as we love animals, we are not able to allow dogs/animals
into store at any time.

There are a number of great independent places
to get a coffee or something to eat in Camp Road, but please visit them before
or after us as we cannot allow food or drink into the shop.
