Consumer (you) is, the person, company, or legal entity buying the goods directly from our website and to whom the goods are to be invoiced and delivered to. 'Goods' are the items described on our invoice.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on the goods you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details which we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please ensure the postal information you provide us is exact, as any slight discrepancy may result in delay to your delivery.
All items are subject to availability. Whilst we make every effort to keep our website content up to date, there are occasions when goods do go out of stock. We will, as soon as is possible, advise you of the situation and where we can suggest an alternative item.
Prices are as quoted on this website at the time you place your order. All orders placed from within the EU include VAT at the standard rate. Wild Wild Western Wear reserves the right to amend prices at anytime and without prior notification.
Shipping And Handling
We charge separately for postage and packing. Postage is determined by value and location. This is calculated at the checkout step and will be shown prior to the order being completed. Overseas customers are liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements, as determined by your country's rules and regulations.
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days. However on our shop opening days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) we endeaver to send them out the same day.
Orders Placed after 2pm on our opening days may not be shipped until the next day. Orders placed between Saturday 11am and Wednesday evening may not be dispatched until Thursday/Friday. If you require a faster delivery option, this may be possible, but please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to placing your order.
For your last guaranteed UK delivery for Christmas, please place your orders before 11am on Saturday 21st December.
For Europe please place your ordered before midday on Saturday 16h December
For Anywhere else in the World Please place your orders before 10am on Saturday 7th December
All orders shipped within the UK are sent via Royal Mail tracked and should be delivered the next working day.
For European orders please allow 5 working days from the receipt of the order shipped confirmation email and outside of Europe please allow up to 10 working days.
If for any reason your item is not in stock we will contact you directly with the options available.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added and included in the price.
Credit Card Security
We use Sellerdeck payments powered by CreditCall for online secure payment administration, which fully meets the compliance standard required by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to protect your card data.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged for until they are shipped. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase, but should it be necessary to return goods, we ask for you to inform us via email within 14 days of receipt of your intention to do so. We then allow a further 14 days for the goods to be returned to us for exchange or refund. In the case of a full refund we will also refund your original basic postal charges for all UK customers with a UK postcode. You, the customer is liable for the cost of postage to return the goods to us. Wild Wild Western Wear will not be responsible for any loss whilst in transit back to us.All goods returned to us must accompanied by the invoice and a short note instructing us of your wishes i.e a refund or an exchange for
Refunds and exchanges (if requested) will be processed once your goods are received into our shop. Please note that it may take several days for any refund to show in your account. You will be refunded using the same method you used to purchase the goods.
You may also be charged an administration/re-stocking fee if we have not received prior notification in writing of your intention to return any items.
All goods must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received, They also must still have all their original tags/labels on them and hats (if applicable still have their protective plastic liner on the inner hat band).
Footwear must only have been tried on a carpeted surface and if there are any signs of wear or creasing to the uppers or marks to the soles the return may be rejected.
If goods are returned outside of our returns policy without prior written arrangement an administration fee may be charged or the return rejected.
Please do not stick tape or labels to the product box itself as this would constitute the goods not being returned in the original condition and your return may be rejected.
Christmas Extended Period.
Over the Christmas period we extend our returns/exchange policy until the 12th January. When ordering please add a note in the special instructions box it is a Christmas present. This covers all order placed from 20th November until 24th December inclusive.
In the unlikely event of you receiving items which are damaged or sub standard we again ask for you to inform us but within 7 days of receipt. We will then advise on returning the item and arranging a replacement/refund as well as refunding the return postage,
